The only challenge with our "guest room" is that it is currently 28 degrees back there. (this picture was taken this morning when it was only 30 degrees, but it has, amazingly, gotten colder since then.)
Check back this summer for reports of the unbearably hot temperatures August brings to that little room.
Lacking both heat and air conditioning, this is clearly the most temperature-challenged zone in our house... sigh...

I will never complain about our unheated rooms again! We do have climate zones in our house, but they are nowhere as severe as yours! You can sleep in any room, but you may want a little more blankets in some.
Yes,I know first hand of sleeping in this room. The space heater lst time was great. We are pretty much go with the flow types, though. We just love staying with you guys.
